You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Gift cards, personalized items, and perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or we made an error in the shipment.
